If the present era of fast changes, on one hand highlights the brilliant business attitude of the medium enterprises, it also raises some threatening questions:

  • Should the main pillars of my business model lose their prominence, how can I foresee the upcoming factors of competitiveness?
  • Once these factors are identified, how can I provide my company with the appropriate tools to manage the change?

There is no simple solution to such a complex problem. Moreover, the solution, when found, will work for one specific company only.

Even though, the question cannot be evaded.
